What does the check look at?
What anyone can see of your listing on Google: opening hours, phone number, website, photos, star rating, number of reviews, and whether Google shows you as open.
Is this Google's own score?
No. Google does not publish a profile score. This is Firstcliq's own reading of how complete and trusted your listing looks to a customer, out of 100.
Do I need to sign in or connect my profile?
No. The check only reads your public listing, and nothing is saved. To see the parts only you can see, such as how many reviews you have answered, connect your profile to Firstcliq.
What should I fix first?
Anything marked with a cross. Missing opening hours and a thin set of photos are the quickest wins; more reviews take longer, and a review QR code at the till is the easiest way to start.
