A bad review never gets an automatic reply
Anything rated 1 or 2 stars is held automatically. It is not drafted and quietly posted — it waits for you, and you are told about it.
- You choose the hold window: immediate, 24h, 48h, 72h, or fully manual
- Reminders at the halfway point and again two hours before it expires
- You decide what happens if it expires: post the AI draft, post your template, or keep holding
- Holds also trigger for unsupported languages and missing templates — nothing is silently skipped
