Terms of Service

Firstcliq helps businesses and agencies manage their Google Business Profile presence, including automated and template review replies, competitor tracking, keyword rank monitoring, and related reputation management tools. Feature availability depends on your subscription plan.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be authorised to manage the Google Business Profile(s) you connect to Firstcliq.

When you connect a Google Business Profile, you authorise Firstcliq, via Google's own OAuth consent screen, to access and manage the specific data and actions you approve (such as reading and replying to reviews). You can revoke this access at any time from your Firstcliq settings or directly from your Google Account. You remain responsible for the content of any reply posted to your Google Business Profile, including AI-generated replies, whether posted automatically or after your manual approval.

Firstcliq uses AI to draft review replies and analyse sentiment. While we design prompts to produce accurate, genuine, policy-compliant responses, AI output can occasionally be imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing your reply settings (automatic posting, delay, or manual approval) and for any content that is ultimately posted to your Google Business Profile on your behalf.

You agree not to use Firstcliq to:

• •Violate Google's policies, including posting fake, incentivized, or misleading reviews or replies, or selectively suppressing negative reviews from public view (“review gating”)
• •Connect a Google Business Profile you are not authorised to manage
• •Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service
• •Violate any applicable law or third party's rights

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. Trials, where offered, convert automatically to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Prices and plan features are described on our pricing page and may change with notice. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Our Free plan and review collection page feature are provided subject to fair use. We reserve the right to limit or suspend access in cases of abuse, spam, or activity that violates these Terms.

You may stop using Firstcliq and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the service, or where required by law or by Google's policies governing Business Profile API access.

Firstcliq is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, that AI-generated content will always be error-free, or specific business outcomes (such as rating improvements or search ranking changes). Some features depend on third-party APIs (including Google's), and their availability is outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lenawa Solutions LLC-FZ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Firstcliq, including damages relating to content posted to your Google Business Profile.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice before they take effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.

Free trial

Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Cancel at any point before the trial ends and you are charged nothing. A card is required to start a trial, but it is not billed until the trial period is over.

Monthly plans

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not renewed after that. Part-months are not refunded, because the trial exists to let you decide before you pay anything at all.

Annual plans

Annual plans can be refunded in full within 14 days of the first charge. After that, cancelling an annual plan refunds the unused whole months remaining in the term, calculated from the date we receive your request.

Add-ons

Additional locations and team seats are billed as they are added and prorated by our payment provider. They are not separately refundable; removing one stops the charge from the next billing period.

Consumers in the EU and UK

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Where you ask us to begin providing the service during that period, you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, and that you may be charged for what has been provided up to the point of withdrawal. This is in addition to, and does not limit, the refund terms above.

How to cancel

Cancel at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard, or email support@firstcliq.io. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
