Is it really free?
Yes. You do not need an account or a card. Private feedback is emailed to one address, up to 10 emails a month. A free account raises that to 20 a month and shows every message in a dashboard; paid plans have no limit.
What happens when a customer scans the QR code?
They see your logo and three faces. A happy customer goes straight to your Google review box. A customer who picks the neutral or unhappy face can write to you privately first, and is still offered the link to Google afterwards.
Do I need to give you my Google login?
No. The page only needs your business's public listing on Google, which you choose from the search. Nothing is connected to your Google account.
What is my Google review link?
It is Google's own link to the review box for your business, built from your listing's Place ID. This tool makes it for you and puts it behind the QR code, so you never need to look the ID up.
Can I change the page or switch it off?
You can switch it off and on again from the link in your email. To change the name, logo or language, create a free account with the same email: the page moves into it with the same QR code, and you can edit it there.
